Definitely one of the more unique rts games(it has combat, so that makes it rts in my book!) of the 90’s! I haven’t played it in 20+ years but I remember being very entertained by the notion of being a ruthless real estate developer. The tenants in particular are quite funny… kind of aping the style of Bullfrog I feel, not in the way of gameplay but in general style and tone.
Also made by a developer I don’t think we’ve covered on the podcast: System 3, a british company that started up way back in 1982… and I believe Constructor is their only DOS game 😛
