@TigerQuoll here is a demo of a slow-paced (22min) run through your level on ultra-violence.
– It was a good size with great re-use of areas.
– I did not feel lost and loved how the design guided me to each area. It has good flow.
– Enjoyed finding the secrets, they are well placed and liked to see them revealed through barriers. Of note is the secret hinted as an inset wall; it reminded me of how the Doom RPG hinted at secrets. Love it.
– There are a couple tutti-frutti textures that show up in Chocolate Doom (sectors 1, 63). This happens specifically with COMPUTE2 because its less than 128 pixels high and does not tile well vertically (it only works with walls of height 56). You can use COMP2 instead and offset it by x64/y64 to get a similar look to bypass this engine limitation.
Overall I really love the aesthetic you went for!
