You can just edit the legend.ini file to point in the right location:
KEYBOARD=NORMAL
MOUSE=MOUSE
FLCDATA=C:\gateway2\
GAMEDATA=C:\gateway2\
PICDATA=C:\gateway2\
VOCDATA=C:\gateway2\
SAVEDATA=C:\gateway2\
