Back in 92, as a six year old I was very into computers but at the time my parents didn’t own a computer. A school friends father was in electronic recyling and suprised me one day by bringing over a Toshiba T5100 with MS-DOS on floppy as a gift.
In the following days my dad brought some games home from work: Battle Chess, World Class Leader Board (a golf game) and ZZT.
I played a lot out of the others, but ZZT holds a special place in my heart, even though it didn’t look very good on the orange plasma display I managed to get hours of entertainment out of it.
I don’t remember ever completing it. A few years ago I redisovered it through JZT an awesome in-browser recreation.
