    While not strictly a game itself this software facilitates the creation of adventure games in the style of Sierra. DOS was supported up until version 2.7.

    There is a vibrant community around the tool. Some companies are still producing commercial games, though not for DOS as far as I know. The most prominent example being some recent Wadjet Eye games.
