I’d like to recommend this game from the early 1990s. You play as a secret agent, assigned to carry out various missions. Although the game is pretty much an open world, so you can do whatever you like. You get to control a variety of vehicles and agents.
The graphics are a mix of beautiful low poly 3D for the first person sections, with equally beautiful pixel art for the info screens.
The game scored very highly in magazines at the time. Understandable, because a lot of love has clearly gone into it.
