    One of the gems among DOS games, it shines through its interesting subject matter, unintentional humour and realistic PC Speaker screams.

    I highly recommend this 1988 masterpiece.
    It also has a less interesting sequel.

    If picked, I could give input as to its realism and/or lack thereof.

    (It is a game where you get to play doctor (in the boring sense of the expression))

    This is a great suggestion! I think I’ve heard of it, but never actually played it. Can’t wait to check it out 😀
