Ludicrous Edition

With the recent release of the Ludicrous Edition, I finally tried Rise of the Triad for the first time despite knowing about the game since the 1990’s when I saw it in an Apogee catalog. I first noticed the Ludicrous Edition on GOG around the beginning of this year, and became curious about the game. I hadn’t been interested in FPS for years, but this game has gotten me back into playing games like Wolfenstein 3D and Blake Stone. I even tried the 2013 remake. Has anyone else checked out the Ludicrous Edition?
I absolutely loved ROTT back in the day. I spent endless hours playing it with my school friend over dialup. In fact, it was nostalgia for ROTT which brought me to this podcast.
It had great music, too. My favourite track was Oww!!!

I have been tempted to get the Ludicrous Edition for the Switch, but it seems to sell for a bit of a premium.
