Thought I’d get in early with the magazine scans this time. Z looks to have been pretty well received. Some complaints about it being dated compared to C&C but that hardly matters 25 years later. It’s another game I’ve had sat on a shelf for ages and never played so I’m looking forward to putting that right in August.

Haha, What’s up with the unlabeled bar graph in PC Zone comparing it to other games? No context, no units of measurement… just bars showing you which games are better!

Thanks for uploading these Pix! Apparently it had some tough competition with C&C and Warcraft II.

Yeah, those PC Zone reviews were definitely something. I like how most if not all of the screenshots appear to be running the game at VGA resolutions when you could run the game at SVGA and have the visuals be much sharper, as well as gain an advantage in terms of gameplay since you could see further and manage your units accordingly!
