    I’m happy to report it’s happening again for me: playing the adventure game of the month inspired me to go on an adventure game spree.

    After Toonstruck I played:
    * Full Throttle
    * The Shivah
    * Delores: A Thimbleweed Park Mini-Adventure
    * Nelly Cootalot: Spoonbeaks Ahoy! HD
    * Sprout (tiny! and lovely)
    * Milo and the Christmas Gift

    Now after Sam & Max I’ve played:
    * Blackwell Legacy
    * Blackwell Unbound
    * Blackwell Convergence
    * Blackwell Deception
    * The Darkside Detective
    * Blackwell Epiphany

    And I’ve also started both The Darkside Detective: A Fumble in the Dark and Kathy Rain.

    I have to say, the Blackwell games were a tremendous enjoyment. As you can probably guess from the fact that I played through all of them.

    I’m thinking I should tackle Day of the Tentacle from my DGC backlog, but maybe I’ll spare Fate of the Atlantis for later – I do want to play TIE Fighter once the time comes.

    Anybody else who gets bitten by the adventure game bug thanks to a DGC month?

    That’s some spree! Congratulations. 👍

    I haven’t played any of the games in your list, although I’m thinking about Full Throttle. Played DoTT back in the day though, the remastered version.

    Sort of! Except in my case the bug manifests itself in me actually playing the game of the month. Normally I don’t play adventure games at all. 😆

    I’ll say all the games I listed are quite short! Also I happily dipped into hints for a couple of things in Full Throttle so I finished it in a single evening.

    I actually played all five Blackwell games for the first time last April. After finishing Hit the Road and the first Telltales season, I decided to finish the last Legend Entertainment adventure (Legend is probably ultimately how I found out about DOS Game Club). After that, I played through Unforeseen Incidents, and am now trying to decide what to tackle next before Lamplight City since I’ll be playing Rosewater next month.

    It’s interesting how much better the Wadjet Eye Games are compared to “golden-aged” adventure games like Sam & Max, but if you ask the average guy who claims to like AGs they sometimes don’t even know about WEG
