Notes:

MT-32 support doesn’t work, so don’t even try it.
Dosbox-staging 0.83-release candidate has SoundCanvas support, so you can use that.

The GOG-version, if you plug it in to your own dosbox requires a CD rom drive present (mount d “.” -t cdrom).
