It is available on archive.org: https://archive.org/details/msdos_Nomad_1993

It is stream only but this can be somehow worked around by digging up the game from the browser cache once it is downloaded.

I haven’t been able to find anywhere selling the game, but it is available for download from

https://www.myabandonware.com/game/nomad-1zt

or via archive.org (will this link remain valid? I don’t know) https://ia802706.us.archive.org/cors_get.php?path=%2F6%2Fitems%2Fmsdos_Nomad_1993%2FNomad_1993.zip

Also some physical copies available on ebay, this is the only boxed floppy version I saw in my ten seconds of searching
