It is available on archive.org: https://archive.org/details/msdos_Nomad_1993

It is stream only but this can be somehow worked around by digging up the game from the browser cache once it is downloaded.

Also some physical copies available on ebay, this is the only boxed floppy version I saw in my ten seconds of searching
